The food at this hotel is superb! We enjoyed a different menu every night and were impressed every time. the staff was extremely accommodating when it came to our dietary restrictions. We were pleased to find that they had a home-like atmosphere that made us feel right at ease. the location was also ideal for exploring the area and taking in the surrounding beauty.

We did find it difficult to connect with people as we didn't speak the local language. the cleaning service seemed to be a bit of a bother.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning views of the mountains from our room. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and catered to our dietary restrictions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and would recommend this hotel to others. a great experience!

The location of the hotel is convenient for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. Guests loved the stunning mountain views from the rooms. the rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds and a great built, in radio in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful. the wellness facilities were top, notch, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Guests raved about the creative and delicious 3, 4 course dinners and excellent breakfast. Some guests also appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages in the room.

One minor suggestion was to have snacks and beverages in the fridge upon arrival, although this was not a major issue for most guests.

The food was amazing, we enjoyed every meal we had during our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and dinner was always three delicious courses with different types of cuisines. The cleaning lady did a great job every day, making sure our room was always clean and tidy. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

We also found that the staff weren't very helpful or friendly during our stay, which put a damper on our overall experience.

The Turmchalet in Braies was an amazing surprise. The family-run chalet exceeded all expectations. The room and decor were of excellent quality. The spa and rooftop lounge area were wonderful. The included breakfast and dinners were incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend, will exceed expectations.
